Q. Is Embark Fitness 365 really open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year?
A. Yes, we absolutely are! All members with key fobs will have this access.
Q. What is the minimum age requirement to become a member?
A. You must be 16 years old. A parent or legal guardian must sign all necessary paperwork before you join.
Q. Do I need a key fob to gain access?
A. Members with 24/7 or unlimited memberships will have key fob. Doors will be unlocked during all scheduled class times.
Q. What if I lose my key fob?
A. There is a replacement fee for lost key fobs.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Online memberships can be purchased by credit card or you can purchase your membership on location by debit, cash or cheque.
Q. Can I change my method of payment?
A. Yes. If you need to update your credit card you can do so online under your member profile or by contacting us directly!
Q. Can I try out the gym or enrol in a class before I purchase a membership?
A. We do offer a complimentary trial pass.
Q. Can I bring a friend to try out the gym?
A. Absolutely. If you have a friend or family member who wants to workout with you and has never tried the facility they can sign up for the complimentary trial. You must inform a staff ahead of time and waiver will need to be signed by guest.
Q. Can I put my membership on hold?
A. Yes you can put your membership on hold for up to 3 months. There is a one time fee of $15.
Q. I have an injury/medical condition, can I still use the gym?
A. Yes, but we recommend that you get the OK from your doctor before working out. A doctor’s note may be required.
Q. What sort of security features do you have?
A. We have a card lock system at the door. Outside of staff hours the entrance will be locked, only members in good-standing can gain access. There are 24-hour surveillance cameras on site recording at all times. There is a Panic Button accessible to members in the event of an emergency.
