Group Fitness Classes
We offer engaging and FUN fitness classes designed for a range of fitness levels.
All fitness levels welcome. You will be taught the proper technique for all movements. Modifications will be offered when needed. Classes may include, but are not limited to the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and body weight movements. Our goal at Embark Fitness 365 is to assist you in improving all components of fitness: strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility, local muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance and coordination. Exclusive Fitness Classes
This class is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination. Movements can be modified based on individual needs. No previous exercise experience necessary.
